A Florida tow truck driver is facing a felony charge after allegedly towing a vehicle with a 4-year-old girl inside. Police say the child’s father attempted to stop the driver, but the truck drove away. The father chased the vehicle and saw his daughter fall into the street, then ran into traffic to rescue her. The child was hospitalized with minor injuries. The incident was captured on video.
